We’re proud to announce our first ever Spring Catalog!
Spring is here. It’s time to stop and smell the flowers.
Our vines are pruned and trained to their trellises, while our 2020 white wines are all bottled – including two new sparkling wines! Our Pinot Noirs are safely in barrel until late summer.
There’s nothing like the gradual unfolding of spring here in the foothills of Oregon’s Coast Range. The treefrogs are singing and the plum trees are in bloom (Elk Cove was once an orchard.) We’re close to budbreak: the offical start of our 47th growing season. Soon leaves will unfurl as our grapevines come out of hibernation.
Spring’s mild weather also makes it an ideal time to ship wine, so we’re running shipping specials in April and May to help you stock up for summer.
